We recently had an issue with our Fridge. I called and talked to Greg who sent Steve over shortly thereafter. The issue was not readily apparent, but Steve was very diligent in his diagnostics and he reasoned his way through it. He was good about keeping us informed of what he was finding and what his next steps would be. Steve was also very professional, neat, organized and friendly. The most striking thing, for me, about this repair was the sense of urgency Greg and Steve displayed to get our issue resolved. It was higher than mine! Great people, great service, great technical skill and experience - you can't ask for more.

Left message with Ace Appliance and had an immediate return call within 5 minutes. They asked if they could dispatch a tech the following day, but we informed dispatch that we would be out of town the following day. Ace sent Steve over immediately to assess the freezer. Steve assessed the problem. A board needed to be replaced. He informed us that they could have the board delivered by the next day. Informed Steve that we were out of town the next day and he said he would see if he could locate one from a competitor. Steve contacted us early afternoon and indicated that he had located a board and would be over to install it mid-afternoon, which he did. Excellent service. Excellent communication. Competitive price. Will definitely use Ace again when needed.
